The biggest problem I have with green-washing, Eco-tards is this: they don't think.

For example, the bathroom sink taps in my "Green!" building at work are those proximity-triggered, metered water-piddlers. So if there's ever a disaster, there is no practicable way to fill up the sinks with emergency water that could keep several people alive for days.

Or the biodegradable plastic bags! Six months and they turn into annoying clingy flakes of sh*t. Okay, so we don't want eternal plastic bags drifting and fetching up everywhere. But disintegrating bags are not reusable. So it becomes harder to improvise the transporting of supplies in any amount for any distance.

Respecting the environment is one thing. Decreasing the functionality of everything you touch is another.
